1 preface
In order to strengthen the standardized management of DataCastle (DC) big data competition platform, improve the relevant competition management system, create a fair and just competition atmosphere, and protect the rights and interests of each participant, the DC competition cheating management rules are hereby formulated。
2 Outline of the DC cheating management rules
(1)All participants of DC platform must abide by these rules consciously。
(2)As long as you register as a DC user or perform any operation on the DC platform, you are deemed to automatically agree to the terms of these rules。
(3)The DC platform advocates the competition atmosphere of "friendship, fairness and progress". It is strictly forbidden to cheat by any means during the competition and activities for any reason。
(4)DC encourages all users and contestants to report cheating with reasonable evidence, but prohibits malicious reporting and cheating behavior by virtue of cheating management rules。
(5)For the definition and management methods of cheating not mentioned in these management rules, DC will deal with them after comprehensive consideration of the actual situation and constantly improve the relevant systems。
(6)Within the scope permitted by law, DC reserves the right to the final interpretation of these management rules。
3 Definition of cheating
(1)In the same competition, use two or more accounts to submit the results。
(2)During the active stage of the competition, share the model, code, submit results or other information that violates the fairness of the competition with other teams or non-team members without the authorization of DC。
(3)Cheating by taking advantage of platform or rule loopholes。
(4)All other ACTS that use improper means to affect the fairness and justice of the competition。
4 Penalty clause
(1)First cheating：
①For teams participating in the same competition with multiple accounts, the authorities will give a warning and inform the consequences of cheating.Cheating teams should disband or merge their associated teams.。
②For other cheating behaviors, limit the submission authority of their account and team for 24 hours。
(2)For the account that still cheats after the first warning, the submission authority of all the account of the team and the cheating team will be restricted for 24 hours.The qualification and result of all accounts of cheating teams will be cancelled, and the qualification of the team with the lowest score will be reserved。
(3)Cheating three times, the team and all accounts of the cheating team will be restricted to submit for 168 hours (1 week)。
(4)Four times to cheat
①Freeze all accounts of the cheating team and the cheating team, ban the team for one year (365 days) and inform the team of criticism。
②Cancel the result of the game of the team whose account is suspended, and delete the ranking。
(5)Five times of cheating: permanently freeze all permissions of the account to participate in the DC platform and other behaviors, and enter the DC blacklist。
(6)The above punishment is for the account's registration (binding) mobile phone number, registration (binding) mailbox, authentication certificate (including id card, passport, Taiwan compatriots certificate and home return certificate) and all other binding accounts (QQ, WeChat, etc.). 。
(7)All cheating will be recorded。
5 The complaint
(1)Teams and individuals detected cheating have the right to appeal。
(2)If there is any doubt about the judgment of cheating, participants can appeal through the DC appeal channel：
①If the appeal is approved, the record of the cheating behavior will be cancelled and the corresponding authority will be restored。
②If the appeal is not passed, the corresponding punishment shall be maintained。
(3)The appeal time limit is within 24 hours from the time when cheating is detected;If the time limit is exceeded, the appeal will not be accepted。
(4)In the case of complaint, relevant evidence shall be provided, including but not limited to：
①Competition screenshots；
②Explanation of reasons；
③Calculation code for submission of results；
④Certificate of other participants (other than the team)。
(5)Feedback of appeal result: the appeal result will be returned by the original channel of the user's appeal channel and sent to the personal mailbox memo。
(6)Appeal decision: whether the appeal is accepted and adopted shall be subject to the system decision of DC and the comprehensive decision result of technical experts。

6 To report
(1)All participants have the right and obligation to report other individuals or teams for cheating。
(2)Relevant evidence shall be provided when reporting.Evidence includes but is not limited to：
①Screenshots；
②Reasons。
(3)Reporting decision: whether the reporting is accepted or not will be subject to the decision of the DC platform system and the comprehensive decision of technical experts。
(4)DC encourages all users and participants to jointly maintain a fair and fair competition environment, and opposes some users to make malicious reports against other teams and individuals by taking advantage of the rules。
(5)Those who report maliciously will be disqualified from the competition once verified;If the informant does not participate in the corresponding competition, his/her account will be frozen for 168 hours (1 week)。

7 Noun explanation
(1)Freeze account: this account is not allowed to log into the DC platform, and all other accounts and information bound to it are not allowed to re-register and perform other operations on the DC platform。
(2)Warning: users shall be notified in writing or orally by means of mail, internal letter and DC manual notice。
8 Effectiveness and implementation of rules
(1)These rules are part of the user agreement of DC platform and have the same effect as the user agreement。
(2)These rules shall be notified to all users of the DC platform in the form of announcement, and shall take effect as of the date of issuing the announcement or notice。
